EVANGELOS MOURELATOS | |
This young athlete after only playing three regular season games suffered a broken knee during practice. His injury kept him out for the duration of the 2006 season and his presence was really missed by all his teammates.
Also known as "THE HAMMER" given to him by his 2005 head Coach Bruno Deshenes. When Angelo played linebacker many opponents felt "THE HAMMER'S" strength as well as his ability to stop them upon contact. Angelo played FB as well and had some pretty nice runs. |

KALED |
CHARLIE | |
Kaled played safety, don't be fooled by his size. Kaled dished out some punishing hits, but when it came to interceptions Kaled was a master.
Charlie was a very powerful running back, although overlooked by many and his dedication questionable, sometimes personal responsibilities don't allow us to dedicate as much as we would like to. But in my books Charlie was amazing...

Although I only filmed three Lions games, Sammy was thrilling to watch. Not only did he amaze the fans but he mesmerized his opponents, Sammy in 2006 was one the best Running Backs.

EVANGELOS MOURELATOS |
JESSE ST-JAMES | |
A new season, a new beginning but one thing remains the same, his HEART for the game. |
One of the most hard hitting linebackers I've had the pleasure of filming, Jesse is a power house. His ability to read the play and put an end to it is second to none. When opponents see Jesse coming they see a TANK about to crush them....

KEVIN HILLIER |
DEREK ZACARD | |
Kevin is one of the best quarterbacks that I have seen this so far this year. His has great passing abilities and as for running out of the pocket, he is a master. |
Derek's height and weight are very misleading. At 5'7" Derek is one of the best defensive backs I've seen, opponents feel his presence when he is on the field.... |

Step aside "ROADRUNNER" this young athlete can burn up the turf. With lightning speed and amazing hands there is no way you can stop Spencer once he jumps ahead of you.
Once again "HAMMER TIME" thrills us all with his amazing talent as a fullback and defensive tackle. As a DT "Hammer Time" had many awesome tackles and a nice interception. As a fullback when given the chance, "Hammer Time" didn't disappoint. |

When it comes to fancy foot work this young athlete is second to none. John has an amazing acceleration and can go around opponents making them feel like they were standing still, awesome...
There are quarterbacks and then there are quarterbacks that are leaders. Maxx is a quarterback with leadership and he is hard to beat as many opponents found out in 2008. Maxx has a very strong arm, he is fearless when he comes out of the pocket and don't underestimate his footwork... |

This young athlete can run, not only does he have amazing speed but he can tackle. Many opponents when in the clear towards the end zone feel a fresh breeze coming from behind, that breeze is #21 and it's lethal....

MATHEW JOHN |
Alexandre Grace | |
For his last year as a midget player John electrified us all with his amazing speed and RB skills. A big part of the Mustangs success John will be greatly missed.
A fearless young athlete, never shied away from any opponent regardless of their size. Able to make the big hits and always giving 110%, hate to play against him but love to have him on your team. |

WILDCATS # 3 |

A quarterback with RB skills unheard of but the only way it can be explained. Alexis has a very strong throwing arm and very accurate. Now if that isn't hard enough to play against, Alexis running game burned many teams in 2009 and earned him the QMFL Offensive MVP award. Truly a pleasure to watch this young athlete play football. 2010 PLAYER TRIBUTES
ST-LÉONARD COUGARS |
# 12 NICOLAS ROSCONI |
One of the best 2010 QMFL quarterbacks, Nicolas Rosconi complemented by some of the league's best wide receivers and one of the best O-lines of the 2010 season led his team to become the 2010 QMFL CHAMPIONS. Nicolas was fearless when running out of the pocket, took a hit if necessary, seldom slid to avoid contact and many times obtained the first down. Nicolas has a very strong throwing arm, very accurate and great vision of the field. Combine all these elements and they add up to a very explosive and dominating offense.

SAINT LAURENT SPARTANS |
# 23 TEVONN WALKER |
Although I didn't get a chance to film many Spartans games, the few that I did, I managed to capture Tevonn Walker putting on a show that demonstrated his abilities to shine on defense, special teams, running back and QB, yes I did say quarterback. Tevonn was a pleasure to watch as he thrilled all with his amazing talents, a very fast, strong and elusive RB, able to tank his way through opponents. On D and special teams, Tevonn's abilities allowed him to position himself and read the play(s) and quickly attend to the opposition's offensive threat and on punt return Tevonn was amazing. As a QB, well what can I say, I've seen many trick plays but Tevonn looked like a natural QB with some amazing, beautiful spiral touchdown passes.

NORTH SHORE MUSTANGS |
# 33 MICHEL SOUCY |
Michel Soucy's jersey number changed a few times since 2009 but one thing that never changed about Michel was his rugged style of play. In 2009 Michel had playing time on defense, special teams and offense. In 2010 Michel played on special teams and settled in as a running back. At 6' 2" 220LBS, once this freight train gets going move out of the way or prepare for your worst collision. Michel may not have explosive speed but as his run progresses his top end speed makes him very dangerous and unstoppable.

NORTHSHORE MUSTANGS |
# 7 GEOFFREY GRAHAM |
Although the Mustangs were plagued by QB issues, Geoffrey Graham's abilities as a wide receiver were unquestionable. No matter how fast, slow, spiral or not, deflected, needed to jump in the air, off balance, took a punishing hit, whatever it took Geoffrey was the most dependable wide receiver the Mustangs had for the 2010 season. Geoffrey also played on punt return and did a great and fearless job... Excellent route execution, hands like a magnet.... |
SUN YOUTH HORNETS |
# 1 WILL ALTEMA |
Many running backs have speed but lack strength, it can also be said that many running backs have strength but lack speed and then there is Will Altema, at 6' 195 LBS a lethal combination of strength and speed. Many opponents underestimated Will's speed and watched his TDs celebrations in their end zones from a great distance. Will finished the 2009 season with 15 TDs and in 2010 Will had another great performance with 19 TDs.
ST-LÉONARD COUGARS |
# 95 FRANK TSAGATAKIS
As a defensive end Frank Tsagatakis played this position to its definition. On running plays he was able to funnel the running back into the crowd of offensive and defensive linemen and linebackers, where he was slowed down and quickly stopped. On passing plays Frank many times was able to swat and or sack the quarterback. On passing plays Frank's timing was impeccable and perfectly timed to jump and hit the football to keep it from going to its intended destination. |
ST-LÉONARD COUGARS |
# 27 PIERRE DUQUESLIN |
There are many fast football players, but to be able to cut at top speed is every football players dream.
Pierre Duqueslin is not the hardest player to take down, getting your hands around him is one of the most difficult things to do. He is very elusive and can turn a corner faster than most football players can run straight. When Pierre finds himself in the open and shifts gears all you see is dust.....
